How long does shipping take for my order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the UK.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our beers and merchandise within the United Kingdom to ensure maximum freshness and comply with alcohol export regulations.
What should I do if my bottles arrive damaged?
While we package our brews securely, accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
Many of our bottled beers are vegan-friendly; however, some traditional cask ales use isinglass finings. Please check the specific product description for dietary information.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner to monitor your delivery progress.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, because our products contain alcohol, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid ID if requested.
